We understand that style preferences and purchase decisions may change, and cancellations may sometimes be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions and steps related to order cancellations.  

Cancellation Prior to Dispatch 

Orders may be cancelled within  24 hours from the time of placement or at any point before the order is dispatched, depending on which occurs first.  

To initiate a cancellation request, customers must contact our customer support team through the official email channel.  

If the order qualifies for cancellation, the complete amount paid will be refunded to the original mode of payment. Refunds are typically processed within  5–7 business days , depending on your payment provider.  

Orders That Have Been Dispatched

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery, subject to the terms outlined in our  Return & Refund Policy .  

Changes to Orders 

At present, we do not support changes to product selections, delivery addresses, or other order details after an order has been confirmed. Customers wishing to make changes must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and submit a new order.
